How do I place an order? Orders can be placed directly through our website. Choose from the regular menu, explore monthly specials, or subscribe to a pastry box for recurring pickups.
Where and when do I pick up my order? Pickups are every Saturday at our home bakery in Milford, NH. You’ll receive the exact address and pickup window after your order is confirmed.
Do you offer delivery? Yes! We offer local delivery for an additional fee. This option will appear during checkout.
What is your cancellation policy? We provide a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows aren’t eligible for a refund.
What if I forget to pick up my order? Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds for missed pickups unless you’ve given us advance notice.
Are your products allergy-friendly? Some of our items are gluten-free or nut-free, but we are not an allergen-free kitchen. Cross-contamination is possible, so our treats may not be safe for those with severe food allergies.

How often can I get a Box of the Month? Our Pastry Box of the Month ships out on the third Saturday of every month and comes in multiple sizes. A sweet surprise, month after month!
